For my final major project, I decided to create a new shopping section in Selfridges, which was a unisex streetwear concept store called ‘Wear Collection’. This brand was inspired by the issues seen within women, like me, wanting to wear masculine urban products. The main objective was to blur the line between feminine and masculine streetwear and provide 20 unisex popular urban brands for the consumers to choose from.
During this project, I mainly focused on the visual merchandising of Wear Collection and became more passionate through the development of my store. I looked into making floor plans whilst mapping out customer journeys; visualising VM windows and perfecting the store’s look through 3D programmes.
